Disclaimers or terms and conditions are a requirement of most adventure activities and we offer a simple to use system to create and assign disclaimer to activities and rentals.

This article will walk you through how to create your first disclaimer:

1. Access disclaimers by going to: Toolset -> Policies -> Disclaimer -> Create
2. Add a name for the disclaimer
3. Choose disclaimer or terms and conditions
   • Disclaimer for activity or rentals
   • Terms and conditions for memberships
4. Remember signature, if you have regular customers you can allow them to remember their signed disclaimer
5. Content, you can create a document here on the system or copy and paste from another document

You can have a number of different disclaimers or terms and conditions but you can only assign one to each product or membership.
